We collect only what we need to answer you and to understand how our website is used. This page explains what that is, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Cookies are covered in one place further down.

What you give us
Your name, email address and phone number, when you use a contact form, request a free audit or book a strategy call.
What we collect automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It records things like approximate location, pages viewed, session length, device and browser type, traffic source and engagement. We use this information in summary form and do not use it to identify you personally.
Page builder
Our page builder, Elementor, is installed on our own website. It does not send your information to Elementor.
How we use it
- To reply to your messages and run audits and strategy calls.
- To send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To measure and improve our website and our marketing campaigns.
- To show relevant advertising.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We do not give the details you send us through our forms to anyone else for their own marketing.
We use a small number of service providers that process information on our behalf. Google Analytics, for example, provides our website statistics and handles data under Google's own terms and privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Email us and we will respond. We may keep information we need for administrative, legal or security reasons.
Depending on where you live, including California, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA and the GDPR. Use the same email address to exercise them.
